您今日是否遭遇无法正常观看YouTube直播的状况？你可不孤单，因为YouTube于全球不少地区陆陆续续传出故障中断的问题。
约在今日上午11点过后，不少YouTube用户就发现YouTube直播卡顿、无法正常观看，非直播类型的YouTube视频也有同样问题。约在11点半左右YouTube逐渐恢复正常。
特别的是，11点的时间点正在举行行政院会后记者会，由数字政委唐凤说明“短信实联制”的新措施，相信不少人们正通过YouTube平台收看这场记者会直播。
If you were having issues uploading or watching videos on YouTube (including live streams) in the last ~45 mins–this issue has been fixed.

事实上，YouTube今日一早即公告，YouTube上传或观看视频（包括直播）出现故障问题。虽然稍早前的说法是问题已经解决，但在上午11点的时间点再度出现相同问题，YouTube团队进行调查。到了上午11:49再度公告，故障问题再度解决。

根据DownDetector网站的数据显示，上午11点的时间点有大量灾情回应，而且宕机的不只YouTube，还包括YouTube TV、Google硬盘等服务也有受到影响。
